The Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum is one of London’s most iconic venues, located in the heart of Kensington. Inspiring the most compelling meetings and events in London, the Natural History Museum has long been the venue of choice for large scale events including the annual Olympic Gold Ball, London Fashion Week, the Cartier New Bond Street store re-launch and the launch of the seventh Harry Potter book.

Objectives

  • Position the Natural History Museum as London’s leading venue of choice
  • Communicate the event team’s first class knowledge, expertise and creativity
  • Demonstrate the Museum’s ability to stage dynamic and creative events

Strategy and tactics

With the Natural History Museum already an established and polished product, our role was to generate the column inches and awareness that the Museum and its team deserved. High profile speaker slots were secured at top industry events; media partnership opportunities were brought to the table, new industry initiatives were spearheaded and writers for the UK’s leading national, regional, consumer, wedding and vertical industry press were welcomed into the Museum to experience events first hand.
